K/c prostatic carcinoma with bony metastases.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Diffuse uniform sclerosis of the T6 vertebral body is noted with preserved height and contour representing ivory vertebra. 

Mild patchy sclerosis and destruction of the T4 vertebral body is also seen.

Ivory vertebra refers to a diffusely sclerotic vertebral body that otherwise maintains its height and contours.
