Left-sided rudimentary nasal structure located off-center from the midline of the face with associated ipsilateral nasal hypoplasia.

Neonate with left-sided proboscis lateralis.
Proboscis lateralis is a rare facial anomaly in which a trunk-like, tubular structure originates most of the cases from the medial portion of the orbit.
