Work up for primary infertility.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female
Fluoroscopy

The uterine fundus has a smooth concavity instead of a more common straight fundal contour inferring arcuate uterus.

Both fallopian tubes are patent and of normal caliber with distal free contrast spillage in the peritoneum.

Case Discussion

The arcuate uterus is the most common and mild form of Mullerian duct anomaly and is typically associated with normal-term gestation.
