Mild hydroureteronephrosis is present on both sides. No renal or ureteral stones are noted bilaterally.
An 80×30×75 mm enhancing intraluminal polypoid mass is present at the base of the urinary balder that involves bilateral ureterovesical junctions (UVJs). Several small enhancing polypoid masses are also observed in other parts of the urinary bladder. No extravesical extension and no regional lymphadenopathy are noted.
The prostate gland is enlarged shows concretions.
Degenerative changes with osteophytes are seen at the lumbar spine.
Partial collapse is noted at the L4 vertebral body.
