Well-defined mass in the subcutaneous soft tissues of the right back opposite to T12-L1 level. Prime differential diagnosis is dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans; however, possibility of a neoplastic lesion, like soft tissue sarcoma cannot be entirely excluded.
