Single live intrauterine pregnancy corresponds to the gestational age. Fetal anasarca and bilateral pleural effusion favor hydrops fetalis.
Case Discussion
Primigravida had a normal early first-trimester ultrasound study. Late first-trimester ultrasound revealed hydrops fetalis. Dilatation and evaluation were done. Products of conception aneuploidy screening by next-generation sequencing suggested Turner syndrome.
