Multiple planes
There is a small focus at the right vesicoureteric junction. Its echogenicity is higher than the ureteric wall / urinary bladder wall. Right-sided hydroureter and hydronephrosis are present. A right renal lower calyx shows focal dilatation and irregular shape. There is a small non-mobile mildly hyperechoic area in the calyx.
Mild urothelial thickening is present in both kidneys. Both kidneys are normal in size without calculus/ mass lesion.
