There is an encapsulated subcutaneous lesion on the palmar side of the left third finger proximal phalanx level reaching up to the 3rd MCP. It lies superficial to the normal flexor tendons. The digital neurovascular bundles are displaced by the lesion. The lesion is hyperechoic with internal incomplete linear strands without calcification/cystic changes/vascularity. It shows mild compressibility. Images with a non-parallel orientation of the tendon resulting in anisotropy. The dynamic scan showed free movements of the underlying flexor tendons. There is no MCP/PIP joint effusion.
