Pelvic pain and palpable mass on physical exam.

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Male

Right inguinal hernia containing fat, bowel loops and a part of the urinary bladder. There is also a small left inguinal hernia containing some mesenteric fat.

The prostate gland is enlarged.
