Dolichocolon is evident.
Segmental stricture with shouldering appearance is seen at the distal ascending colon and hepatic flexure of the colon, suggestive of tumor infiltration.

The patient underwent colonoscopy, and a biopsy revealed colonic adenocarcinoma.
