Increased wall thickness, suggestive of tumoral infiltration, is present at the gastric antrum and pylorus, accompanied by a few small regional lymphadenopathies with SAD less than 13 mm. There is no frank sign of local invasion into adjacent structures.
In imaged portions of the lower thorax, a tiny amount of pleural effusion is present at the left side, accompanied by mild adjacent lung collapse. In addition, a few subpleural nodules are noted bilaterally less than 10 mm.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
