Choledochal cyst - type I

Intrahepatic bile ducts appear normal without dilatation. A 65 × 50 mm thin walled unilocular cystic lesion without calcification or enhancing solid component is noted in the porta hepatis. The common bile duct couldn’t be defined separately from the mentioned cystic lesion.
Case Discussion
Features are most consistent with choledochal cyst type I, which appears as a fusiform or cystic dilatation of the extrahepatic biliary system.
