Signs of small bowel obstruction with transition point in the distal ileum; collapsed most distal part of ileum and large bowel. At the transition point there is a hypodense rounded intraluminal lesion seen in distal ileum with peripheral hyperdense rim, suggesting gallstone.
Pneumobilia and gas within an inflamed gallbladder.
Case Discussion
Findings represent the classical radiological signs of gallstone ileus with typical Rigler's triad.
The case was confirmed surgically.
