Pitt pit

The right femur neck shows a lytic lesion with a thin sclerotic rim. Rest of the bones shows normal trabecular pattern. There is no fracture/ dislocation. Soft tissue reveals arterial wall calcification.
Case Discussion
The case shows an incidental finding of Pitt pit which is one of the don't touch lesions. It is also known as herniation pit, fibrocystic conversion defect, reactive area lesion, fossa of Allen.
