Large indirect inguinal hernia containing bladder (scrotal(scrotal cystocele). 

Other findings include: uncomplicated diverticular disease of the colon, umbilical hernia transmitting bowel loops and omentum, enlarged prostate, degenerative changes of both hip joints and calcified left inguinal lymph node. Sacralised L5 vertebra and sspondylodegenerative changes.
