Presentation

Left-sided hearing loss.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Female
mri

Small well-defined left cerebellopontine angle mass with intracanalicular extension. It elicits an isosignal to the normal brain on T1 and T2, high signal FLAIR with vivid heterogeneous enhancement on postcontrast sequences. No mass effect on the brainstem or middle cerebellar peduncle.
