Non-Hodgkin lymphoma - multi organ involvement

Diagnosis almost certain

Presentation

Abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

Increased wall thickness is present at the distal portion of the gastric body and antrum.

Additionally, the pancreas is enlarged, particularly at the body and tail, and there are multiple mesenteric and para aortocaval lymphadenopathy with SAD less than 30 mm.

Omental strands and several soft tissue density masses are also observed.

In addition, some free fluid is present in the abdominopelvic spaces.

In imaged portions of the lower thorax, a tiny amount of pleural effusion is present bilaterally. 

Diastasis recti and a few midline fascial defects are seen in the anterior abdominal wall.

The tissue exam from the distal portion of the stomach and the pancreas confirmed non-Hodgkin lymphoma (multi organ involvement), which was accompanied by mesenteric and para aortocaval lymphadenopathy and peritoneal lymphomatosis.
