Long and short axis images
Small effusion in the anterior ankle joint recess. Bony avulsion of the anterior talofibular ligament from the fibula. Mild edema of the anterior talofibular ligament. Normal calcaneofibular ligament and anterior inferior tibiofibular ligament.
The asymptomatic side was examined for comparison which shows normal findings.
