Metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma

A 34 × 56 mm low enhancing mass is noted in the pancreatic body and tail that encases the splenic artery and extends into the main portal vein and its right and left branches.
A few regional enlarged lymph nodes are also observed.
Multiple low-enhancing masses are seen in the liver less than 20 mm, inferring metastasis.
Small volume of free fluid is present in the pelvis.

Pancreatic mass, pathology-proven ductal adenocarcinoma with splenic artery encasement, portal vein thrombosis, small regional lymphadenopathy, and hepatic metastases.
