Chronic renal disease.
A chain of multiple calculi with coronal height up to 9 mm on the right side distal ureter and pronounced hydroureteronephrosis upstream are seen. Scattered stones up to 8 mm in both kidneys calyces are noted. Relatively large spleen coronal width up to 140 x 67 mm is seen.
