What is the major differential diagnosis of hemangioma of the liver?

Liver metastasis.
Isodense to hyperdense foci with sizes up to 33 mm in the right hepatic lobe segment VII and segment VI are seen which have progressive centripetal enhancement from the arterial phase through a delayed phase. Fatty change in the liver is also seen.
