Herniation of the bowel loops through a large defect of the right abdominal wall at the lateral border of the right rectus abdominis muscle along the semilunar line (Spigelian line) in keeping with Spigelian hernia. The bowel loops within the hernial sac are not distended.
Small simple right renal cysts.
