Painless swelling of the right aspect of the hard palate.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

Well-defined radiodense exophytic lesion mean density = 1380 HU arising from the right aspect of palatal maxillary with convex medial margin. No adjacent bony destruction or soft tissue component.
