Presentation

Weight loss decreased appetite and dyspepsia for three months.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

Irregular inner margin circumferentially increased mucosal-wall thickness with thickness up to 15 mm in upper medial Gastric fundus extended within related lesser and greater curvature and also the gastro-esophageal junction is seen. No evidence of solid organ metastasis or significant lymph node is seen.

Case Discussion

The case is a pathology-proved non-metastatic moderately differentiated Gastric fundus adenocarcinoma of the upper medial gastric fundus extended within the Gastro-esophageal junction.
