Extraconal hematoma.
Right orbital floor blow-out fracture with extraconal hematoma interposed the inferior rectus muscle and orbital floor and partially encased this muscle and inferior oblique muscle tendon with maxillary sinus hemorrhage are seen. Minimally displaced fracture in the right orbital medial wall adjacent to the floor with ethmoid sinus hemorrhage is noted. Right preseptal soft tissue swelling and exodeviation of the right eye are seen.
