Presentation

Left lower abdominal pain with no fever.

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
ct

Ovoid structure of fat-density in the iliac fossa pelvic, adjacent to the distal descending colon with thin peripheral hyperdense rim "hyperattenuating ring sign". Surrounding fat stranding with mild thickening of the adjacent peritoneal reflection.

Small enhancing hepatic lesion of the segment 2 (known as flash filling hemangioma).
