Non-contrast CT scan was performed due to renal impairment. This non-contrast CT abdomen demonstrates a large abdominal aortic aneurysm with extensively calcified wall. It curves to the right side. The aneurysm extends into both common iliac arteries and right internal iliac artery. The IVC also noted to be compressed by the AAA.
