Pulsatile abdominal mass on palpation.

Age: 90 years
Gender: Female

The distal abdominal aorta is dilated measuring 9 cm in diameter with areas of mural calcification seen. Post contrast images delineate a large mural thrombus within the aneurysm.

The cause of the pulsatile mass was a 9 cm abdominal aortic aneurysm with a large mural thrombus.
