Findings was changed:

Right below the renal arteries root there is a suggestive aspect of contrast progression "STOP". Aneurysmal dilation from the downstream segment to the iliac bifurcation with 10x5,2x4,6cm.The aneurysmatic segment, where the aorto-aortic interposition is localized, shows an heterogeneous density with some predominantly periferic calcifications.Distally there is contrast opacification in the distal segment of the primitive iliac arteries and proximal femoral vessels.
