Title was changed:
Aortic anastomotic thrombosedAbdominal aortic interposition tube graft and aneurysm thrombosis
Status changed from pending review to published (public).
Published At was set to .
Age changed from 55 to 55 years.
Body was changed:

This case demonstrates a severe abdominal aortic arterial flow interruption due, most likely, to an infra-renal anastomotic thrombosed aneurysm.

The pelvic and inferior limbs circulation is still possible apparentlyapparently patent due to collateral circulation through the superior mesenteric artery.

Findings was changed:

Right below the renal arteries root, there is a suggestive aspect of contrast progression "STOP"interruption. Aneurysmal dilation from the downstream segment to the iliac bifurcation with 10x5,2x4,6cm10 x 5.2 x 4.6cm.

The aneurysmatic segment, where the aorto-aortic interposition tube graft is localized, shows an heterogeneous density with some predominantly perifericperipheral calcifications.

Distally there is contrast opacification in the distal segment of the primitive iliac arteries and proximal femoral vessels.
