Presentation
Symptoms of DVT in the left lower limb. A pelvic mass was discovered with ultrasound during the DVT exam. Further MRI and CT scans were obtained.

Case Discussion
The patient underwent a surgical biopsy with the histology and the immunohistochemical staining confirmed the diagnosis of a desmoid tumour.
