Presentation

Old war damage. work up for hematuria.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Two adjacent stones are seen in right kidney lodge.
A bullet is also evident at right upper quadrant.

Two stone, 20 mm and 9 mm are seen in right renal pelvis, result in mild hydronephrosis.
A bullet is also noted in right peri-nephric space, causing marked streak artifacts.
