A metallic foreign body is visible in the region corresponding to the jejunum, without signs of perforation.

Case Discussion
The case demonstrates that after eventlessly passing through the esophagus even very sharp foreign bodies such as razor blades can exit through natural passage without leading to bowel perforation.
