A rounded well-defined cystic mass lesion in the right liver lobe with peripheral wall calcifications and multiple internal smaller daughter cysts.
Two similar fluid density cysts also are seen at the lower intra-abdominal cavity and rectovesical pouch with internal daughter cysts.
The image appearance is highly suggestive of disseminated hydatid disease, involving the liver and peritoneal cavity.
