Recurrent abdominal pain for months/years.

Gender: Female

Soft tissue density in the right upper quadrant displacing bowel loops, possibly representing hepatomegaly


Large cystic mass simulating hepatomegaly on plain film abdomen.

Case Discussion

The patient proceeded to operation and a lymphocele was diagnosed.
