Aberrant retro-oesophageal right subclavian artery with unremarkable thoracic aorta.

Incidental note of a left thyroid nodule.

Case Discussion

Aberrant right subclavian artery is an uncommon aortic arch anomaly.

 It is important to note it and to detect any associated complications.
