Contrast chest CT demonstrates an aberrant right subclavian artery. The aberrant artery courses behind trachea and esophagus.

Case Discussion

Dysphagia is the main symptom in this case.

The aberrant right subclavian artery occurs in approximately 80% posterior to esophagus.
