Presentation was changed:
Patient complaining of dorsal pain. History of breast cancer. Patient did not complain about dysphagia.
Body was changed:

As often happens this was an accidental finding even if it can cause dysphagia. (Dysphagia Lusoria)

The origin and course of the aberrant right subclavian artery is well seen in the coronal acquistion.

In our institution a coronal acquisition is part of the standard spine exam providing useful additional informationsinformation.

Findings was changed:

Hypointense round image bothrounded structure both in T1 and T2 acquisitions just anterior to the dorsal spine impressing  the esophagus that does not look proximally dilated.
