Right subclavian artery in aberrant path emerging as the fourth and last aortic arch branch and crossing to the right side via a retroesophageal way. Presence of vascular stent in its proximal segment.

Case Discussion

An aberrant right subclavian artery is the most common of the aortic arch anomalies.
