Aberrant right subclavian artery (ARSA)
Case Discussion
ARSA is a second trimester soft marker. Its presence suggests an increased risk of trisomy 21 in the fetus.
There was cerebral ventriculomegaly as well (not shown). Presence of two markers further increases the risk of trisomy 21.
