Right-sided aberrant subclavian artery demonstrating arteriosclerotic stenosis at its origin.
Aneurysmal dilatation of ascending aorta.

Aberrant right-sided subclavian arteries are commonly seen variants.
In this case, the aberrant artery is significantly stenosed by atherosclerotic plaque causing the aforementioned difference in blood pressure.
