Mild right hydronephrosis.
Two parallel linear filling defects are seen in the region of the right ureteropelvic junction and proximal ureter, which suggest a vessel aberrantly crossing in close relation to the ureter.
Case Discussion
Intravenous urography shows mild hydronephrosis due to impression by aberrant renal vessels.
