Normal posterior cerebral fossa and cerebral hemispheres with no abnormal parenchymal or leptomeningeal enhancement. Normal size of the ventricular system, cavum septi pellucidi.
Note the complete absence of the sagittal suture with a normal head configuration.
Case Discussion
The absence of the sagittal suture should not be interpreted as premature fusion or scaphocephaly. Usually, this can be considered as an isolated anomaly without skull deformation.
