Info

The common hepatic artery (CHA), left gastric artery (LGA), and splenic artery (SA) arise separately from the abdominal aorta. The LGA shares a common origin with the inferior phrenic arteries.

Bilateral small renal cortical cysts, some of which are dense and a bit heterogeneous - consider sonographic follow-up.

Hemangioma in the L5 vertebral body.

No sign of injury.

Case Discussion

Absence of the celiac trunk is a rare anatomical variant where the CHA, LGA, and SpA arise separately and independently from the abdominal aorta.
