Presentation

Bilateral axillary swellings which have become more apparent and tender after the patient became pregnant.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Female

US both breasts performed, showing bilateral axillary accessory breast tissues (even a lactiferous duct is seen in the right axilla). Incidental accessory nipple seen at the left side anterior chest wall at the level of the xiphoid process.
