Type 2 accessory navicular with mild high signal across the synchondrosis. Normal tibialis posterior tendon insertion.
Case Discussion
Accessory naviculars are relatively common and usually asymptomatic. When symptomatic and have corresponding MRI findings of oedema/inflammation then the term "accessory navicular syndrome" can be used.
