Headache and nasal obstruction.

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female

Incidental discovery of bilateral accessory parotid glands overlying the masseter muscles. No signs of inflammation or stones.

Two important relations should be considered:

In axial image; the facial vein (black arrow) is located between the zygomaticus muscle (red arrow) and parotid duct (white arrow).

In coronal images; the accessory parotid is superior to the parotid duct (red arrows)
