Case Discussion

Achilles tendon problems are not uncommon in athletes and patients over 35 years old.
Usually it is affected between 3-6 cm from its attachment to the heel (achilles tendinitis or achilles tendinosis), or it may be affected at it's attachment to the calcaneus (achilles enthesopathy).
Features compatible with achilles tendon enthesopathy.
