MRI demonstrates a right cerebellopontine angle mass that shows diffuse enhancement with contrast. Note that the mass arises within the right internal auditory meatus (IAM) causing its widening. It is compressing the right side of the pons and brachium pontis.
It is associated with surrounding peritumoral cyst.
