Left-sided hearing loss.

Gender: Female

Small well-defined mass enlarging the left internal auditory canal (IAC) measuring 9 x 7 x 5 mm, displaying an isosignal to the cortical grey matter on T1, T2 and FLAIR with vivid heterogeneous enhancement on post-contrast sequences.
